The Minneapolis and St. Paul Twin Cities Compensation Network (TCCN) is a professional membership organization dedicated to providing networking opportunities and educational resources for people in the Compensation and Benefits profession. TCCN is a Local Network affiliate of WorldatWork

2016 Food & Fund Drive

Our Food & Fund Drive was a success!  We raised $570.00 in cash donations and received lots of food donations at our annual luncheon on November 4th.  Thank you to those who contributed to this worthy cause.

The Twin Cities Compensation Network is sponsoring four WorldatWork certification courses in 2017:

  • T3 - Quantitative Methods:  April 19-20
  • C2 - Job Analysis, Documentation, and Evaluation:  May 17-18
  • C8 - Business Acumen for Compensation Professionals:  Sept 20-21
  • C4 - Base Pay Administration and Pay for Performance:  Oct 25-26

TCCN Awarded "Association of the Year Award" from WorldatWork

Twin Cities Compensation Network was recognized as WorldatWork's 2010 Association of the Year and was nominated for this award in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. TCCN was honored for its outstanding support of the profession in the local community and partnership with WorldatWork, a global human resources association focused on compensation and benefits.
